EMA

History

Evangelical Mission Association (EMA) was launched in 2005 in Kampong Thom province,
Kingdom of Cambodia and was officially granted permission to operate by the Ministry of Cults and Religion in 2009 as religious entity. In 2012 it was approved by the Ministry of Interior named as Evangelical Mission Organization for Development (EMOD) as non-profit organization.

 

From 2005 up to now, EMA/EMOD has partnered with several local and international churches and organizations to serve people of Cambodia through providing spiritual and physical helps. For these almost 20 years, EMA/EMOD has actively ministered people throughout Cambodia namely preached the gospel, planted churches, trained pastors and church leaders, provided food relief, sponsored poorest students for tuitions, provided shelters for orphans and vulnerable children, drilled deep and fresh water wells, built houses for homeless, constructed remote community toilets, etc.

 



Vision


EMA/EMOD wants to see the Gospel of Kingdom being preached to all levels of people in Cambodia (Till all hear). 


Mission

Ø  Preach the gospel.

Ø  Train the workers.

Ø  Send out the labors.

Ø  Plant churches.


Goals

Ø  To plant churches in all provinces of Cambodia (25 provinces).

Ø  To help neediest young people to have opportunity to pursue higher education.
